✨Today we had a very special experience in class: a group choreography creation dynamic.

Each group was challenged to create a one-minute routine, applying the technical elements we’ve been working on posture, musicality, movement across the floor, and expressiveness.

Beyond encouraging creativity, this activity aimed to strengthen artistic autonomy, teamwork, and body confidence. It also nurtures emotional well-being, allowing each dancer to express herself freely in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

Watching each student grow through this process fills me with pride. Dance is also about this: building together, listening to the body, respecting each dancer’s pace, and celebrating every little big step. 💃🏼✨
